Norolle consisted of 1329 acres of undulating contoured country with self mulching Brigalow / Belah soils.

About 785 acres were improved pasture of Rhodes Grass, Purple Pidgeon, Bambatsi, Creeping Blue Grass and Medics.

400 acres of cultivation gave scope for growing fodder crops.

The property is divided with laneways. Five acres of a Sandstone / Belah ridge were utilised as a cattle complex. Steel yards and cooler pens on the ridge, the highest parts of the property, were a Licensed Feedlot developed to 350 SCU.
